|
Custom embroidery may seem very complicated;
however, it is actually a very simple
process. We take advantage of that and make
the process of ordering custom embroidered
items very easy as well. |

Step 1 Digitizing Your Logo Or Artwork |
|
A logo must be digitized before it can be
sewn. Digitizing is the process of creating
a program or sewing instructions for the
embroidery machines to follow to correctly
sew a logo, text, or artwork onto a garment
or hat. This is considered setup for
embroidery. There is a one time charge to
digitize a logo for embroidery. This charge
is based on the number of stitches it take
to embroidery a logo.
You can email us your logo for a digitizing
quote. Let us know the quantity that you
need for a quote to embroider
each item as well.

Step 2 Garment Or Hat Selection |
We can
embroider on a huge variety of items
including golf shirts, dress shirts,
sweatshirts, jackets, caps, beanies and

or contact us to discuss a particular type
of items that you are looking for.

Step 3 Embroidery |
|
The cost of
embroidering each item is also based on the
number of stitches it takes to embroider the
logo as well as the quantity ordered. We
offer quantity discounts, so the more we
embroider the lower the embroidery cost. The
cost of the job is the total of the cost of
the item embroidered and the per piece
embroidery cost. Additional charges would be
the digitizing charge on new orders, the
shipping charge and sales tax if applicable.
Production
time is typically 7 to 10 business days for
new orders. Repeat orders can be completed
in approximately 5 business days.
