Set Up / Screen Charges

A set up or screen will be needed for each color in your design. If you are printing a full size logo on one side you will not be charged for set up on a small 2nd imprint location.

Screens/Set up-
$25.00 each for spot colors
$30.00 each for 4 color Process.
Reorders- Screens are $15.00 each on reorders.

Printing on Dark Garments

When printing is done on dark shirts it requires additional steps. An under base of ink must be laid down when printing light colored inks on dark shirts. Then it must be dried slightly before another pass of ink is laid down.

This process is called flash curing. Flash curing is done so that white or any other light color printed doesn't take on the color of the dark garment. We must flash after the base print and after each color to be printed.

To figure the cost of printing on dark shirt you will add the cost of one additional printed color.

Plus $.25 each shirt for each color to be printed on top of the base.*

There will need to be an additional screen at $25.00.

*Flash curing more than once will most likely be necessary if there are multiple colors. This is difficult to predict until we see the art to be printed. Please consult the sales department info@socalscreenprinting.com for an accurate quote. for an accurate quote.
